From time to time things do go wrong. Having said that, it is how we respond that makes all the difference. I have to say Specky Four Eyes, where extremely understanding and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently.

I did have a little trepidation when ordering ,not knowing how you operated etc. My experience however has been marvelous . As someone with a relatively small head I always struggle to find glasses that fit well. The website is easy to search by size of frame and has a far larger petite selection than other competitors. This was my first time ordering from the company and the communication was good, even though the glasses did take nearly 4 weeks to arrive (which I was aware could be the case). I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. 1 frame did arrive with some imperfections but this was dealt with quickly and with no quibble by customer services and, in fact, I received a new pair of replacement glasses in just over a week. Overall, I would recommend for those in no rush. I’m really pleased with the glasses I’ve purchased and they seem well made. At less than half the cost of just 1 pair on the high street, I think it’s worth the wait!

From order to delivery and then a refund I found the company easy to deal with. Excellent, quick customer service and whilst the frames I ordered weren't suitable for me I would highly recommend this company

Took a while to arrive but was kept up to date throughout. The glasses are brilliant, good quality and a good fit and I can see better now!!

Ordered some prescription sunglasses & a separate pair of normal specs for a great price in late May 2022.
Order took nearly 4-5 weeks but very happy on arrival in early July 2022, high quality frames & lenses & a fraction of the cost of using my normal optician, where I would have expected to pay probably £250 all in.
With SFE, it was around £75 all in, excellent value.
The only 'jeopardy' is that you have to guess what the frames look like on your face, as obviously no way of trying them on before ordering but if you do your research in advance & take you time, it is a nice way to order specs & the choice is immense compared to your normal high street optician.

Excellent service with quality glasses at sensible prices. Bear in mind that it takes a few weeks to go through the build to delivery. But this is the same with all these online glasses services.

Service a little slower than previously. Order seemed to get stuck in the glazing lab or somewhere for a day.
Otherwise excellent advice of the orders progress and the end result was as good as expected.

High quality service with regular updates. I bought varifocal and interesting they will only supply the better lens format- much better than a more expensive pair that I bought from Boots which I couldn't wear because of placement of focal zones and intrusive perception of diffraction and blurring. Would definitely recommend for cost/quality ratio and customer service.
